This agreement is made under prior review and authorization of both parties, consisting of the following stipulations:
1. * Aqua world Systems is dedicated to the distribution, installation and maintenance of water purification systems such as water softeners, reverse osmosis systems and cleaning products. Together, it deals with finding financing for future sales made by the representative / analyst.
2. AquaWorld Systems allows the representative / analyst to use the company's brand and logo in order to generate organized sales and recruitment systems, which will belong to the company for the benefit of both parties
3. The company undertakes to make the payments of the commissions in accordance with the level of the representative / analyst, said level is governed based on the commissions table, once the goals to reach the next level have been reached. The payments will be made once the financial institution has verified with the client and released the payments to AquaWorld Systems.
4. It is strictly forbidden to use profanity or perjury at the time of representing the company, this includes any activity related to the company.
5. It is forbidden to make reference to the activities of the company with a governmental origin (city, stateor government in general), since it would fall on the previous item with profanity and / or perjury.
6. The Representative / analyst will be responsible in cases of cancellation by the customer and must cover the installation and extraction costs (PULL OUT) of all systems and / or products, this includes responsibility for the integrity of the product. In case of not canceling the expenses that are considered in this item, the AquaWorld Systems company is fully entitled to deduct them from pending commissions payable. If there are no pending fees, these pending payments will be subject to law.
7. The information provided by the client (SSN, ITIN, ADDRESS, LICENSE NUMBER, BETWEEN OTHERS) is completely confidential for the company, it can only be used by the credit department in order to be worked by the financiers who lend their services to AquaWorld Systems. It is understood that the use of such information for any other purpose will be sanctioned by law.
8. The representative / analyst will not be able to extract, lift or eliminate any system or product, once the client has been verified by the financier and said item takes more emphasis in the case the commission has been paid.
9. If the financial company repurchases Aqua World Systems, the company will also repurchase the representative / analyst. This in the cases in which money or products were offered, of which we as a company have no knowledge or responsibility.
10. Each representative / analyst is responsible for the CHARGE BACK that have been generated by their actions. If the responsible seller is not present within the company, the corresponding Manager or Sponsor will respond.
11. The representative / analyst may not sell products of another company belonging to the competition, may not attend meetings in other companies related to the field of AquaWorld Systems.
12. It is forbidden to all AquaWorld Systems staff members to reveal sales techniques, videos related to information or activities about the company, to people who do not belong to said company,
13. In the event that AquaWorld Systems decides to cancel the distribution of its products to a representative / analyst (DISPATCH) for poor administration or breach of these stipulations, it is forbidden to initiate contact with other distributors or vendors related to the competition. Likewise, you cannot provide data about suppliers, you cannot use the brand, logo or stationery belonging to AquaWorld Systems.
14. The representative / analyst may not work for 6 months after entering AquaWorld Systems, with any other distributor inside or outside the company. In the same way, it applies in cases where the representative / analyst wishes to work with another line of vendors other than the one to which he belongs, he must wait 6 months outside the company and must fill out the job application again.
15. When a representative / analyst wishes to withdraw from AquaWorld Systems, he MUST assume responsibility for all debts he has acquired with the company, for refusing to assume responsibility for the debt, this will be subject to law.
16. This agreement will be respected by both parties. If the representative / analyst does not comply with this agreement or fails in any of the items mentioned here, he will be subject to demand by the company AquaWorld Systems, with which he must pay a fine or penalty imposed by the company, with reasons for damages and damages.
17. It is mandatory to attend all weekly meetings and / or quarterly events, this covers all staff belonging to AquaWorld Systems. In case of absent in three (3) consecutive events, the right to participate in corporate trips and end of the year raffles will be lost.
18. Each representative / analyst who invites another representative / analyst of the same level (that is, under them), must earn approximately one hundred dollars ($ 100.00) for each sale made by his guest. An exception will be made with those representatives / analysts with level, inviting another representative / analyst level 1, in which case the commission should be approximately two hundred dollars ($ 200.00).
19. The representative / analyst who has as a TERRITORY DIRECTOR level and has a representative / analyst in his network, who reaches the same level of territory to address, automatically becomes a MASTER TERRITORY, earning one hundred dollars ($ 100.00) for each sale made for sale of the entire network that is under the new director of the territory.
Este acuerdo se realiza bajo previa revisión y autorización de ambas partes, constando de las siguientes estipulaciones:
1. AquaWorld Systems se dedica a la distribución, instalación y mantenimiento de sistemas de purificación de agua como ablandadores de agua, sistemas de osmosis inversa y productos de limpieza. Conjuntamente se ocupa de encontrar financiamiento para ventas futuras realizadas por el representante/analista.
2. AquaWorld Systems le permite al representante/analista, utilizar la marca y logotipo de la empresa con el fin de generar sistemas organizados de ventas y reclutamiento, los cuales pertenecerán a la empresa para el beneficio de ambas partes.
3. La empresa se compromete a realizar los pagos de las comisiones en concordancia con el nivel del representante/analista, dicho nivel se rige en base a la tabla de comisiones, una vez se hayan alcanzado las metas para subir al siguiente nivel. Los pagos se efectuarán una vez que la entidad financiera haya verificado con el cliente y liberado los pagos hacia AquaWorld Systems.
4. Queda terminantemente prohibido utilizar blasfemias o perjurios al momento de representar a la compañía, esto abarca en cualquier actividad referente a la empresa.
5. Esta prohibido hacer referencia s las actividades de la empresa con un origen gubernamental (ciudad, estado o gobierno en general), ya que caería en el ítem anterior con blasfemias y/o perjurios.
6. El Representante/analista será responsable en los casos de cancelación por parte del cliente y deberá cubrir los gastos de instalación y extracción (PULL OUT) de todos los sistemas y/o productos, esto abarca la responsabilidad sobre la integridad del producto. En caso de no cancelar los gastos que se consideran en este ítem la empresa AquaWorld Systems se encuentra en pleno derecho para deducir los mismos de comisiones pendientes por pagar. En caso de no existir comisiones pendientes, estos pagos pendientes estarán sujetos a ley.
7. La información proporcionada por el cliente (SSN, ITIN, DIRECCIÓN, NÚMERO DE LICENCIA, ENTRE OTROS) es completamente confidencial para la empresa, solo podrá ser utilizada por el departamento de crédito con el fin de ser trabajado por las financieras que prestan sus servicios a AquaWorld Systems. Queda entendido que el uso de dicha información para cualquier otro fin será sancionado por la ley.
8. El representante/analista no podrá extraer, levantar o eliminar ningún sistema o producto, una vez el cliente haya sido verificado por la financiera y dicho ítem toma mas énfasis en el caso de haber sido pagada la comisión.
9. Si la compañía financiera nos recompra a AquaWorld Systems, la empresa también recomprara al representante/analista. Esto en los casos en que se ha ofrecido dinero y/o productos, de los cuales nosotros como empresa no poseemos conocimiento, ni responsabilidad.
10. Cada representante/analista es responsable de los CHARGE BACK que se hayan generado por su proceder. En el caso de no estar presente dentro de la empresa el vendedor responsable, responderá el Manager o Sponsor correspondiente.
11. El representante/analista no podrá vender productos de otra compañía perteneciente a la competencia, no podrá asistir a reuniones en otras compañías relacionadas al campo de AquaWorld Systems.
12. Queda prohibido a todos los integrantes del personal de AquaWorld Systems revelar técnicas de venta, videos relacionados a información o actividades sobre la empresa, a personas que no pertenezcan a dicha empresa,
13. En el caso de que AquaWorld Systems decida cancelar la distribución de sus productos a algún representante/analista (DISPATCH) por mala administración o incumplimiento de estas estipulaciones, se prohíbe iniciar contacto con otros distribuidores o vendedores relacionados con la competencia. Así mismo no podrá proporcionar datos sobre proveedores, no podrá utilizar la marca, logotipo o papeleria perteneciente a AquaWorld Systems.
14. El representante/analista no podrá trabajar durante 6 meses después de ingresar a AquaWorld Systems, con cualquier otro distribuidor dentro o fuera de la empresa. Del mismo modo se aplica en los casos donde el representante/analista desee trabajar con otra línea de vendedores diferente a la cual pertenece, el mismo deberá esperar 6 meses fuera de la empresa y deberá llenar nuevamente la solicitud de empleo.
15. Cuando un representante/analista desee retirarse de AquaWorld Systems DEBERÁ asumir la responsabilidad de todas las deudas que haya adquirido con la empresa, de negarse a asumir la responsabilidad de la deuda, esto será sujeto a ley.
16. Este acuerdo será respetado por ambas partes. Si el representante/analista no cumple con este acuerdo o falla en alguno de los ítems aquí mencionados, estará sujeto a demanda por parte de la empresa AquaWorld Systems, con lo cual deberá pagar una multa o sanción puesta por la empresa, con motivos sobre daños y perjuicios.
17. Es de carácter obligatorio asistir a todas las reuniones semanales y/o eventos trimestrales, esto abarca a todo el personal perteneciente a AquaWorld Systems. En caso de ausentarse en tres (3) eventos consecutivos se perdera el derecho a participar en los viajes corporativos y rifas de fin de año.
18. Cada representante/analista que invite a otro representante/analista de su mismo nivel (es decir, debajo de ellos), debe ganar cien dólares aproximadamente ($100.00) por cada venta realizada por su invitado. Se realizará una excepción con aquellos representantes/analistas con nivel, invitando a otro representante/analista nivel 1, en cuyo caso la comisión debería ser de doscientos dólares aproximadamente ($200.00).
19. El representante/analista que posee como nivel DIRECTOR DE TERRITORIO y tiene un representante/analista en su red, que alcanza el mismo nivel de territorio a directar, automáticamente se convierte en TERRITORIO MAESTRO, ganando cien dólares ($100.00) por cada venta realizada por venta de toda la red que esta debajo del nuevo director del territorio.
